The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 协同油脂润滑工程(上海)有限公司从事工业润滑脂、润滑剂的进出口和生产经营，产品主要从日本进口。公司物流管理部经理周宁说：“RCEP政策已落地实施近3年，上海浦江海关多举措多渠道的政策宣贯充分保障企业享受政策红利。今年以来，公司进口货值2.6亿元、享受到税款减让近400万元，同比分别增长近40%和277.6%。”

艾杰旭化工科技(上海)有限公司主要从事塑料粒子及制品、化工品的进口贸易，对日贸易额占到其整体贸易额45%，伴随着RCEP生效，双边贸易促进效应快速显现。“上海吴淞海关持续向我们宣传RCEP，帮扶指导我们享受政策红利。去年公司共享受税款减让800余万元，同比增长114%。今年前三季度，我们已经享受到了约1300万元的税款减让。”该公司营业支援部部长郑小庆说。
